I want to thank you for your wonderful Hypnosis CD's! I ordered the Sleep CD, the Subliminal Weight loss CD and the Academic Achievement CD. For some time, I have been having trouble relaxing and getting to sleep after a stressful day at work. I would either wake up too soon or not sleep at all. The first night, I put on the Sleep CD, I was so relaxed that I slept through the whole night! ( I even slept so soundly, that I didn't wake up to shut off my portable CD player and the batteries ran down!) :-) I don't care about the batteries, because I finally got a good nights rest! I was amazed with the Subliminal Weight loss CD also. I feel it has taken the edge off of my appetite and I really don't have the food cravings I used to fight with every day. The best tape is the Academic Achievement CD. I noticed my work habits have improved greatly after listening to it. My memory is sharper than before. My daughter has had self esteem problems since that time.
